Parkway Plaza Security Department manages the lost and found property for the center. If you lost or misplaced an item at Parkway Plaza, please call the Security Offices at 619.444.4217 or stop by Monday through Friday from 11:00AM to 7:00PM. We will make every effort to locate the legal owner of any property we have turned in to us.
Wheelchairs are available free of charge during mall hours at Security desk. A driver’s license is needed to check out a wheelchair.
Parkway Plaza is dog-friendly year-round and welcomes all well-behaved dogs, regardless of breed, into the Center. Please review our Dog Policy here.
Strollers are available for rent near our main entrances. The cost is $7 per stroller and the SmarteCarte dispenser accepts both cash and all major credit cards.
A fun place for children to learn and play is the Parkway Plaza Play Space. Kids can climb and explore the bright, colorful play area with animal characters, large puzzles, and plenty of space to sit and play with other children. The Play Space is located next to JCPenney.
For your enjoyment, please follow these simple rules:
• Children are required to be supervised by an adult at all times
• Children are invited to play if their height does not exceed 42 inches
• Please keep food and beverages outside the play area
• Please remove shoes before playing
Visit the family lounge for a comfortable place to relax and recharge. The lounge features private nursing areas, baby-changing stations, a microwave and bottle warmer and a large family restroom. Your little ones will enjoy fun wall-mounted toys and can watch a cartoon while you recharge. The family lounge is located at the rear of the restroom corridor in the Food Court.
