1. Eligibility
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win the giveaway.

Event Location: Parkway Plaza, 415 Fletcher Parkway, El Cajon, CA 92020
Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced at 6:19 PM.
3. Entry Guidelines
Registration: Attendees must register at the designated registration area within Parkway Plaza on the day of the event.
Entry Form: Complete the entry form provided at registration. Only one entry per registered attendee is permitted.
4. Prize
Prize Description: A $619 shopping spree at Parkway Plaza.
Prize Conditions: The winner must be present at Parkway Plaza at the time of the winner announcement to claim the prize.
5. Winner Selection
Method: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
Announcement: The winner will be announced at 6:19 PM on June 19, 2024, during the 619 Day Summer Kickoff event.
Requirement to Claim: The winner must be present at Parkway Plaza at the time of the announcement to receive the prize. Failure to be present will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. General Conditions
Publicity: By participating, entrants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Liability: Parkway Plaza and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or failures of any kind, or for any unauthorized access to or use of the entry forms.
Right to Cancel or Modify: Parkway Plaza reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway if it is not capable of running as planned due to any reason beyond Parkway Plaza’s control.
7. Privacy
Use of Information: Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner, unless the entrant has agreed to receive further information from Parkway Plaza.
8. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: The giveaway and these rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
